Star Fall Construction Management, founder, President/CEO, Ron Kervin has over 45 years of experience in building large and small Multifamily projects, Light Industrial and Government Projects.

Fresh out of the military from Vietnam/Southeast Asia in 1974, Ron began in the construction industry by working for a large contractor in Houston Texas, laying infrastructure in south Texas. After 4 years there, he became a Superintendent with his next company. He then, working his way, up became a Senior Superintendent After that he moved up to serve as a Project Manager and then on to a Senior Project Manager Finally he accepted the opportunity to work as a Construction Manager and finally Director of Construction.

Ron has worked for many of the Largest building contractors across the united states, building garden style, mixed use and podium style multifamily projects. Light industrial and government projects. In 1993 Ron was one of only three Superintendents from America that to be selected to do a multinational project in the Marshal Islands for the U.S Army, on the islands of Kwajalein atoll and Roy Namur. There he was part of an airport and marina build, a hospital, church and BOQ living quarters. He also has built for the naval base in Virginia, At Fort Benning in Georgia and in Dahlonega Georgia for the Rangers.

Ron started his career as a manual laborer and worked his way upward with hard work and a dedication to detail. in each of the subcategories of the building process and he developed a worker’s pride in the quality of work he produced. He carried that pride in his work, the work he produced and into his management style. He also brought it into the company he founded in 2016, Star Fall Construction management.

Ron has worked in most every environment you can find across the United States and OVERSEAS And he has developed a tried-and-true process and state of mind which allowed him to put forth successful build schematics and processes for any project.
